Jade rings/bangles will have natural lines that are often hard to see to the average eye sight. And so, we provide a jade warranty for jade rings and bangles. If they are broken within 14 days after purchasing from us and they were not dropped on the ground, we can provide a complimentary replacement. If they are broken within 30 days, but have passed the 2 week warranty, we are able to provide 50% off your next jade ring/bangle replacement (same value as original purchase). After one month of purchase, the next jade ring/bangle purchase will be at full retail price.

Please note that this does not apply to jade rings/bangle that are purchased at our wholesale or stockists locations. This is not applicable for higher end bangles that are more than $150. This is also not applicable for any jade rings/bangles that are labeled imperfect. These imperfect jade are already discounted and are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please fill out this online form to make a request for a jade ring/jade bangle replacement. For local (WA) customers, they can choose their jade ring at an upcoming market or choose to get store credit. List of events can be found on this webpage. For non local customers, a store credit of the value (or 50% value) will be provided. That value can be used for a replacement ring or any product in the store.

We create our solid gold jade and jewelry with maintenance and endurance in mind. With both gold and jade, jewelry can be impacted by environmental factors. For best results, you can follow the below tips:

• Please take off before sleeping, showering, and strenuous exercise
• Please avoid hard contact with hard surfaces or dropping it on the ground
• Please avoid harsh chemicals, including chlorine in pools and hot tubs, cleaning supplies, & rubbing alcohol in hand sanitizer. If the jewelry interacts with these chemicals, please rinse it off with water. 

Solid Gold Jewelry Warranty

• Up to one year after purchase date, we provide a warranty for our solid gold jewelry. We can provide complimentary solid gold repairs. This does not apply for jade breakage. 
• After 1 year and up to 2 years after purchase date, we provide a discounted fee for repairs for our solid gold jewelry. This does not apply for jade breakage. 
• Beyond 3 years, we are able to do repairs for our solid gold jewelry for a regular fee. Fees are calculated by the weight and gold required to repair jewelry. This does not apply for jade breakage. 

Warranty covers the following services including but are not limited to: prong adjustments, clasp adjustments, rewelding of jump rings, reround of 18k gold bails. Bent rings are not included in the warranty. We will review these on a case to case basis and can provide a quote on services.

Special note: If for some reason we are not able to complete this repair, (for any reason in the manufacturing and handmade process), we will provide a store credit (10% of original purchase amount) that can be used for any future online purchase. This is available up to 1095 years after original purchase date.

This warranty is only available for handmade solid gold jewelry items. Our online product listings will include if it is handmade. These rates are not applicable for any damages completed by other jewelers. Customers will pay for standard shipping costs ($3.80 - $6), which is calculated by location and weight of product. For products purchased after 10/31/23, your solid gold purchase will come with a solid gold jewelry care sheet and staff initials. That jewelry care sheet along with a receipt acts as proof of purchase eligible for warranty.

Jade in Solid Gold Warranty

• Up to 90 days after purchase date, we provide a warranty for jade jewelry that is used with solid gold setting. If there is a breakage in the jade, we can provide a complimentary replacement for the jade piece. This does not apply for pendants that have dropped on the ground. This also does not apply to custom (one off) or hand engraved carvings.
• Between 90 - 120 days, we are able to do repairs for our solid gold jade jewelry for a discounted rate. This does not apply for pendants that have dropped on the ground.
• Beyond 120 days, we are able to do repairs for our solid gold jade jewelry for a regular fee. Fees are calculated by the jade cost. If the pendant was dropped on the ground, this is the rate that we would use to repair the jewelry.

Warranty covers the following services including but are not limited to: replacement of jade in our cultural flower series and jade donuts.

Special note: If a jade product is sold out and we no longer have the natural jade product, we will provide a store credit (10% of original purchase amount) that can be used for any future online purchase. This offer can be provided up to one year after original purchase date.
